Options
I have always been a water bottle girl. I genuinely enjoy a new water bottle (or tumbler) and am always trying to find the best style. My water bottle collection consists of the brands: Nalgene, Hydro Flask, Kleen Kanteen, Yeti, and Stanley. Each brand serves a different purpose, but out of those brands I can tell you that I use my Stanley the most.
When I started noticing the Stanley Quencher everywhere, I had to know what people loved about them. I invested in the 30-ounce size since the 40-ounce Stanley Quencher tumbler was a little too large for me. The 30-ounce is a good size for everyday use, it fits in the car’s cup holder nicely and is a lesser price point.
Pros: The Stanley Quencher H2.0 FlowState
- Stainless steel
- Reusable straw
- Rubber straw opening (for straw stability)

- Easy screw on lid
- Two drink opening options
- 30-ounce and 40-ounce size
- Many different colors
- Holds hot drinks
- Easy to clean
Cons: The Stanley Quencher H2.0 FlowState
- Can leak from straw when tipped over
- Can get scratched
- May need to replace the straw on occasion (when needed, extra straws are sold in sets of four)
Comparing Pros and Cons
As you can see, there are not very many con’s… and the con’s that are listed are minimal. The design and functionality add to the popularity of this product. Besides everyone wanting to get in on the hype, it really is a quality water bottle. A few of the main reasons I enjoy using this Stanley is because it keeps my drink cold for a long time and is perfect for everyday life. I use mine around the house, running errands, and on road trips.
I also put ice in my water every night, and I still have some left in the morning. Since the Stanley cup in an insulated tumbler, it keeps the ice from melting quickly and water stays cold.
It is the perfect tumbler to give as a gift. My daughter drinks a lot more water now that she can carry around a cute insulated water bottle with a straw. Amazon even sells accessories like straw covers and handles for the Stanley. This is a fun add-on gift for a pre-teen or teen girl.
Other Thoughts
Now for the big question: is Stanley a reliable company with a quality product? Stanley has been around since 1913; that’s over 100 years! This company is tried and true. Stanley uses sustainable practices to produce their products. Stanley has switched over most of their packaging from plastic to paper wraps. They are also committed to using some recycled stainless steel in their products. At the end of the day, rest assured you have invested in a quality product.
