I would classify myself as a minimal make-up girl. As an active mom of five, I needed makeup that would allow me to quickly get ready and yet look pulled together. After researching different natural skincare lines and beauty products, I decided to take the dive and purchase the Crystal Contour Collection from Ogee. It looked like it could be a good fit for me.

The beauty of these contour collections is they really do pair well with many different skin types. For me, it was a toss up between the Crystal Contour Collection and the Radiant Contour Collection. I went with the Crystal collection based on the quiz results for shade recommendation.

How is the contour collection beneficial and how do you use each stick?

When I looked at the three different colors that came in the Crystal collection, I was a little nervous that the bronze shade would be way too dark for my fair skin tone. Well, I was wrong! There was nothing to be worried about.

The copper stick is applied first on the natural contours of the face. By using a blending brush, it blends seamlessly into the skin. The rose quartz is next and creates nice buildable coverage. The opal creates a subtle shimmer and beautiful glow.

Another bonus is that you can use these sticks anywhere on your face. I dab a bit of the rose quarts on my lips and am looking forward to using the opal to give a natural glow in the summer when my skin is tan.

Packaging & Price

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the packaging. The lids of the contour sticks are magnetic! Each stick is large and a little of the product goes a long way. I predict it will last me quite a while.

This makeup is on the pricer side for cosmetic products. From my perspective, investing in quality makeup products and skincare products made with clean ingredients (free of harsh chemicals) is very important. Our skin is our largest living organ and we take in everything we put on.

Quality of Ogee Contour Sticks

Each shade applies like a dream. The makeup glides on the skin and is very easy to blend. There is no scent to these face sticks, which I prefer for personal care items!
