I started with RankIQ early on in my blogging journey. RankIQ is an AI-powered SEO tool and content analysis tool. It analyzes a post using AI technology and gives it a ranking depending on how many keywords are used. For content creation, this tool helps provide high-quality content by saving you a lot of time creating a post that will gain organic search traffic.
This blog post contains affiliate links, and I will receive a small commission if purchased. Thank you for your support as I continue to create quality content.
How Does It Work?
When I first invested in this tooI, I knew enough to copy and paste my old posts into the content optimizer to find out what my blogposts were ranking at. It was quite comical when I plugged in my old blogposts and found out that on an A to F scale they all ranked an F! I quickly realized I had no idea what a keyword was and how to input them into my blogpost.
Even as I write this post, I am writing it in RankIQ’s “content optimizer”. RankIQ analyzes my blog title and gives me a list of keywords that I can plug in to my blogpost as I write. I love that RankIQ is the tool that provides the right keywords to get ranked on google and also gives me a content grade so I know when I have maxed out and received an A++. I can then be confident that my post is ready to be added to my blog and edited from there.
Where Do I Start?
If I want to start a new post, the first thing I do is either search RankIQ’s keyword library to narrow down my topic or enter in my own blogpost title (using their title analysis) and click “run report”. RankIQ takes a few moments to analyze my posts and tells me how fast or slow it will rank on google. It then gives me a list of relevant keywords so I can experiment with different ways to write a title in order to gain google traffic. After I finalize my keyword packed blog title, I then go to the content optimization page and start writing my post.
Example
Here is an example of the report I ran on my blogpost title. RankIQ informed me that this post only has 16 competitors and would rank ultra fast. That’s great!
I then scrolled down and plugged in additional keywords to create a more organic searchable blogpost title that would rank on Google.
Content Optimizer
As I mentioned earlier, I write all of my blogposts in RankIQ’s “content optimizer”. This is a great place to plug in the best keywords from the hand-picked keyword library listed in the side column. In this space, the content optimizer also gives me a rating and recommended word count. I find this tool a very helpful guide. As much time as it saves me I don’t think I would write my blogpost anywhere else!
Example
Here is an example of what it looked like writing this post in RankIQ’s content optimizer.
The first screenshot was taken when I started writing my post. As you can see, it recieved an “F” ranking since I had only used two keywords so far.
This screenshot was taken after I had finished writing my post. As you can see, I am now ranking at an A++. My word count is not ideal but I prefer to keep my blogposts relatively short. I can always go back in and add more content later.
RankIQ Pricing
There is a subscription fee with options on how many reports to run each month. The standard is 16, but there is an option to downgrade to eight reports each month. The eight reports per month is a great option for new bloggers who are just getting started and are still in the process of getting things figured out. As of now, the RankIQ fee for the standard subscription is 16 reports each month for $49.00. Or choose to downgrade to 8 reports for $29.00 per month.
This is one tool in the blogging realm that I am very comfortable spending my money on. I believe this tool is invaluable! I don’t enjoy wasting my time and being unsure if it’s even ranking on Google. RankIQ provides resources to search for topics and categories, the information on how fast or slow the title will rank, where it ranks, and a list of the top ranking webpages on Google and their titles.
Landing on Google
The goal as a blogger is to land on the first page of Google. Let face it, there is a much better chance of readers seeing content when your post is first in Google search results. In order for that to happen, there has to be a keyword tool in place. If you are anything like me when I first started blogging, related keywords are totally foreign territory! With the help of RankIQ, ranking on the 1st page of Google is possible!
Another search setting RankIQ includes is finding low competition keywords and high traffic keywords. This tool is helpful when trying to find out if a topic is worth writing about for the best chance of gaining organic traffic.
Customer Service
Whenever I have needed help, RankIQ has provided excellent customer service.
RankIQ also offers support through their Facebook page community and the founder, Brandon Gaille’s podcast, the Blogging Millionaire.

Thanks for sharing! I’ve been considering getting it for a while, so it’s great to hear from others who are using it. Is the subscription month to month, and can you cancel if it’s not helping?
Lori says
Hey! Yes the subscription is month to month and you can cancel at anytime. 🙂

I’ve heard that some also pause their subscription for a while if they have piled up with the reports more than what they are using. It would be helpful for those who publish and update less than 1-2 posts a week.
